Who we are

Paul Griffiths has more than 30 years experience in Surrey and Berkshire residential property both in purchasing and selling together with rental acquisitions for private and corporate clients.

Paul started work in a local firm of estate agents, becoming a partner and subsequently a director of a national firm with overall responsibility for Country Houses.

Paul has built up an enviable reputation over the years with an encyclopaedic knowledge of many of the areas finest homes, probably at one time or another being involved with their sale or acquisition. Throughout this time Paul has acted for numerous clients who value his independence, integrity and knowledge of the market.

Geographical Coverage

We predominately act in the counties of Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey although we have also acquired properties in Oxfordshire and Sussex. We have acquired houses for clients in towns, villages and the open countryside, as well as the private estates of Wentworth at Virginia Water and St George’s Hill in Weybridge.
